TERMS & CONDITIONS

This agreement contains the entire understanding between

Studio XIV (Fourteen) and the client. It supersedes all prior and simultaneous agreements between the parties. The only way to change or add to this agreement is to do so in writing and providing the document is signed by all relevant parties.

Confirmation

Confirmation: Payment of the booking fee /deposit is necessary to confirm any and all services that are to be rendered by Studio XIV or any of its consultants.

Booking Fee/Deposit/Cancellations.

In the event that a client cancels the photoshoot for whatever reason the deposit is nonrefundable. It will be considered as liquidated damages to Studio XIV(Fourteen). Clients must give 48-hour notice to receive a refund of the remaining payment rendered after the deposit.

Late Arrival/ Reschedule

Late Arrival & Rescheduling: If an illness, emergency or inclement weather prevents a photo session from taking place, a client may reschedule their session within 48 hours notice without penalty. Should the client fail to give 48 hours notice or decide to completely cancel the shoot the session fee is forfeited and will not be refunded.

Please be prompt with your scheduled appointment time. If you are running late please let us know. If you are running late it will result in a lost session and reduce the number of deliverables in your package. If you arrive over 30 minutes late after your scheduled time without notification you will be charged an additional $30. If your arrival is beyond 45 minutes you will be charged an additional $45. Late Fee charges must be paid in order to receive your packages.

Delivery of Photography /Media

Delivery of Photography/Media: Clients will have the opportunity to review the images and other media outlined in their package through a personal gallery link that will sent via email. Images will be delivered to client within

2 weeks once the preferred images are selected. Additional media like

cards and announcements may take up to 3 weeks to arrive due to printing and shipping. Clients have the opportunity to purchase additional photos at $7.00 each. If the client wishes to purchase ALL images taken during their session a fixed fee of $500 is due to Studio XIV. Clients will have access to their photo galleries up to 30 days after they receive their package.

Copyright Law: The copyright of photography remains with Studio XIV. The photographer grants the client permission to make copies of the images under the following conditions. The images taken by Studio XIV(Fourteen) are for personal use by the Client. Sale, Publication or any Commercial use of the photographs must be permitted by Studio XIV (Fourteen).

Studio XIV(Fourteen) may use photos for marketing purposes consisting of social media, website, etc.
